吊钟岩特大桥劲性骨架拱桥转体施工控制技术

摘    要:结合吊钟岩特大桥实际施工情况,对劲性钢骨架拱桥采用改进的平面转体合拢施工技术,再以骨架为支架进行拱上结构施工。大桥采用的平面转动轴心体系由平面转动轴心、内外保险腿和平面环形滑道组成。根据大桥实际结构,建立空间有限元模型,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,按照桥梁结构实际施工加载顺序,进行结构应力和变形计算。在实际施工过程中,将大桥一定位置各阶段的应力和变形实际测量值与计算值对比分析,进行应力监控,使实际结构应力和变形均在合理控制范围内。实测值与计算值基本吻合,说明结构应力及变形在施工过程中得到了良好的控制。施工结果表明,平面转体施工技术对劲性骨架拱桥具有良好的适用性。

Abstract:Based on the actual construction condition of Diaozhongyan extra-long bridge,improved plane rotation technology is adopted in the joining of the arch bridge with rigidity steel skeleton.Then the skeleton acts as the bracket to proceed with the construction of arch upper-structure.The plane rotation axis system adopted for the bridge is composed of plane rotation axis,inner and outer safety legs and plane ring slideway.Based on the actual structure of the bridge,space finite element model is established.According to the practical construction and loading sequence of bridge structure,the stress and deformation of structure are calculated by means of finite element analysis software ANASYS.During the actual process of construction,stress monitoring is done by the contrast analysis between the practically measured values and the calculated values of the stress and deformation on fixed position at each construction phase so as to guarantee the actual stress and deformation of the structure within reasonable control range.The measured value basically agrees well with calculated value,which indicates that structure stress and deformation are well controlled during construction.Construction results indicate that the improved plane rotation technology is suitable for the construction of such arch bridge with rigidity steel skeleton.
