PBL联合LBL双轨教学模式在产科轮转住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨对产科轮转住院医师在规范化培训工作中实施以问题为导向(PBL)+传统教学(LBL)的双轨教学模式的教学效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月接受规范化培训的16名产科轮转住院医师作为实验组,接受PBL+LBL双轨教学模式;选取2017年5月至2018年5月接受培训的15名轮转住院医师作为对照组,采取单纯PBL教学模式。在培训结束后均进行考核及问卷调查两组医师对带教工作的满意度。结果实验组理论与操作考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对带教的总满意率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论将PBL联合LBL的双轨教学模式应用于产科轮转医师的规范化培训中,可提高教学质量,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of problem-oriented(PBL)+traditional(LBL)dual-track teaching mode in the standardized training of rotating resident physicians in obstetrics.Methods 16 rotating residents of obstetrics who received standardized training from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the experimental group,the group doctors accepted PBL+LBL double-track teaching mode;15 rotating residents who received training from May 2017 and May 2018 were selected as the control group,the group adopted pure PBL teaching mode.After the training,assessment and questionnaire were conducted to investigate the satisfaction of physicians with the teaching work between the two groups.Results The theoretical and operational performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the dual-track teaching mode of PBL combined with LBL to the standardized training of obstetrics rotation physicians can improve the teaching quality and is worthy of promotion.
