绿色城市是人类永恒的追求,其核心理念是健康宜居。基于时间顺序,阐述了绿色城市概念的演化。国外十大绿色城市的“绿色”特征,可为中国建设发展绿色城市提供借鉴。结合绿色城市设计导则,介绍绿色城市评价指标体系。将绿色空间置于城市开发和更新的中心地位是绿色城市哲学的国际准则。绿色城市建设与城市艺术设计相结合可以彰显城市个性。基于防疫抗疫的绿色城市设计让城市更加健康和安全,成为人类的理想家园,其主要内容包括:优化城市公共绿地空间;在城市更新和旧区改造时加强建筑采光通风设计,构建健康社区;提高居民生活质量。以深圳、厦门、贵阳为例,分析绿色城市建设的中国优秀案例,总结各个城市在强势推进环境质量改善方面取得的经验。最后,对建设富有竞争力的绿色城市提出展望。

On Green City

Green city is the eternal pursuit of human beings,its core concept is healthy and livable.Based on the chronological sequence,the evolution of the concept of green city is expounded.The "green" characteristics of the ten foreign green cities can provide reference for the construction and development of green cities in China.The evaluation index system of green city is introduced based on green city design guidelines.To put the arrangement of green space at the center of urban development and renewal is the international norm of green city philosophy.The combination of green urban construction and urban art design can highlight the individuality of a city.Green urban design based on epidemic prevention and resistance can make the city more healthy and safe,and become the ideal home for human beings.Its main contents include:optimizing urban public green space;in the process of urban renewal and renovation of old districts,the lighting and ventilation design of buildings should be strengthened to build a healthy community;improving people’s quality of life.Taking Shenzhen,Xiamen and Guiyang as examples,this paper analyzes China’s excellent cases of green city construction,and summarizes the experience gained by each city in vigorously promoting environmental quality improvement.Finally,it puts forward the prospect of building a competitive green city.
