大鼠缰核与下丘脑外侧区在调节心血管活动方面的机能联系

摘    要:电刺激大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LH),动脉压明显升高,心率加快,在刺激电极同侧缰核(Hb)内微量注射盐酸利多卡因、电刺激LH引起的升压反应可被阻断38.9%,心率增快反应可被阻断44.4%,双侧Hb内微量注射盐酸利多卡因,电刺激LH引起的升压反应可被阻断40.7%,心率增快反应可被阻断41.2% ,单侧或双侧Hb内微量注射人工脑脊液均不能阻断电刺激LH引起的心血管反应。电刺激大鼠Hb,动脉压明显升高,心率无明显改变,在刺激电极同侧LH内微量注射盐酸利多卡因,电刺激Hb引起的升压反应可被阻断63.2%,双侧LH内微量注射盐酸利多卡因,电刺激Hb引起的升压反应可被阻断62.6%,单侧或双侧LH内微量注射人工脑脊液均不能阻断电刺激Hb引起的心血管反应。本实验提示Hb与LH在调节心血管活动方面有协同作用。

Abstract:The electrical stimulation of the lateral hypothalamic area(LH)in the ratelicited an obvious rise of the arterial pressure and increase in the heart rate.Afterthe microinjection of lidocaine hydrochloride into the habenular nucleus(Hb)on the same side of the electrode,the vasopressor effect elicited by the electricalstimulation of the LH was blocked by 38.9% and the effect on heart rate was re-duced by 44.4%.After the microinjection of lidocaine hydrochloride into the bi-lateral Hb,the vasopressor effect elicited by the electrical stimulation of the LHwas blocked by 40.7% and the effect on heart rate was reduced by 41.2%.Afterthe microinjection of the artificial cerebrospinal fluid into the unilateral or bilateralHb,the cardiovascular effect elicited by the electrical stimulation of the LH wasnot affected.The electrical stimulation of the Hb in the rat elicited an obvious rise of thearterial pressure,but the heart rate was not changed significantly.After the mi-croinjection of lidocaine hydrochloride into the LH on the same side of the electrodethe vasopressor effect elicited by the electrical stimulation of the Hb was blockedby 63.2%.After the microinjection of lidocaine hydrochloride into the bilateralLH the vasopressor effect elicited by the electrical stimulation of Hb was blockedby 62.6%.After the microinjection of the artificial cerebrospinal fluid into theunilateral or bilateral LH,the cardiovascular effect elicited by the electrical stimu-lation of the Hb was not affected.The present study shows that the Hb and LH exert synergistic action in theregulation of the cardiovascular activities.
