预制块体路面结构力学特性的有限元计算分析

摘    要:针对预制块路面结构特点建立力学分析模型,运用数值分析软件对其路表弯沉进行计算,分析预制决厚度、基层模量、基层厚度及土基模量对块体路面结构受力的影响.计算结果表明,随着块体厚度增加,路表计算弯沉逐渐减小;在块体厚度相同的情况下,基层厚度越大,路表计算弯沉越小;基层底面的弯拉应力随土基模量增大而减小.

Abstract:This paper aiming at features of precast block pavement structure establishes mechanical analysis model and computes surface deflection by means of numeric analysis software, and analyzes influences of thickness of precast blocks, moduli of base course, thickness of base course and moduli of soil roadbed on stress of block pavement structure. Computed results show that computed surface deflection gradually decreases with increase of block thickness; in the case of same block thickness, the more the thickness of base course, the less the computed surface deflection ; and tensile stress on the bottom of base course decreases with increase of moduli of soil roadbed.
