| 摘 要： | 131例胃癌、萎缩性胃炎及浅表萎缩性胃炎、慢性浅表性胃炎、十二指肠球部溃疡和正常人血清铜、锌、铁、锰的浓度和铜/锌比值测定结果发现:1.胃癌患者血清铜、锌及其比值与正常人比较,其差异有高度显著性。2.从浅表性胃炎→萎缩性胃炎→胃癌的病情发展趋势中发现,其铜、锌和铜/锌比值的变化也呈对应趋势。3.铜、锌及其比值在诊断胃癌及慢性萎缩性胃炎预后方面有一定价值。

| Abstract: | In comparison of 27 normal people,plasms Cu,Zn and Cu/Zn ratio was studied in 104 cases with gastric cancer and chronic atrophic gastritis diag- nosed by means of endoscope,biopsy or operation.It was concluded that the higher significant difference was discovered between patients with gastric carcinoma and the normal persons;this difference was more obvious in gastric cancer than atrophic gastitis and superficial gastritis and this agreed with the rule that some atrophic gastitis may change to gastric cancer. |
