摘    要:通过熔体流动速率和等规指数测试、扫描电子显微镜观察评价了国内外几种聚丙烯(PP)催化剂,考察了催化剂的活性、流动性、氢调敏感性等.结果表明:1#催化剂具有较高的活性,可达38.92 kg/g,且氢调敏感性和抗杂质能力较强,但用其生产的PP粉料中存在粒子开裂和大量粉末;2#和3#催化剂活性较低,但工艺可操作性好.PP粉料的粒子大小均匀、致密、粉末少;5#催化剂活性最高,但PP灰分高、细粉较多;6#催化剂聚合活性较高,但PP灰分最高、细粉含量大.

Abstract:Several domestic and overseas polypropylene(PP) catalysts were investigated through tests of melt flow rate and isotacticity and observation by scanning electron microscope(SEM) of the PP resins synthesized with the catalysts.The activity,liquidity and sensitivity to hydrogen modulation of these catalysts were investigated.The results show that catalyst No.1 has high activity up to 38.92 kg/g,high sensitivity to hydrogen modulation and stronger resistance to impurities,but there are particle cracking and lots of fine powder in the PP powder.Catalysts No.2 and No.3 have good process operability despite their lower activity;the produced PP powders with the catalysts have even particle sizes,high density and less fine powder.The activity of catalyst No.5 is the highest,but there are high content of ash and fine powder in the PP resultant.Catalyst No.6 has higher polymerization activity;however,its polymer product has the highest ash content and a large amount of fine powder.
