全电压关合试验的控制策略及其实现

摘    要:与国外大功率试验室相比,我国的现有高压试验水平还相对落后.针对国内各大电力试验站的现有设备状况和试验条件,提出了以真空触发开关作为电流源快速关合装置的合成关合试验回路.重点阐述了关合试验中的控制策略及其实现,并对试品合闸相位、合闸时间分散性和预击穿特性等影响控制精度的主要因素进行了分析.该试验回路可以进行126~252kV/63kA全电压合成关合试验.

Abstract:Compared with high power laboratories abroad, high voltage test level in China is to be improved. According to the existing equipment situations and testing conditions of main domestic test houses, a new testing circuit for synthetic making tests, in which the triggered vacuum switch is used as fast making device based on current generator, is proposed. The control strategy and its realization are emphatically expounded, and the main factors impacting the control accuracy, such as the switch-on phase of tested device, dispersivity of switch-on time and pre-breakdown characteristic, are analyzed. The proposed testing circuit can by applied in full voltage synthetic making test within the range from 126kV/63kA to 252kV/63kA.
