| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨老年高血压病患者血清胰岛素水平及胰岛素的敏感性。方法 :选取老年高血压组76例、老年对照组56例测定空腹及餐后2小时血糖 (BG)、胰岛素 (Ins)、C肽 ,计算胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。结果 :空腹血糖测定两组间无显著差异 ,老年高血压组患者空腹及餐后2小时血清胰岛素水平及C肽水平均较老年对照组患者明显升高 (P<0.01)。老年高血压组患者胰岛素敏感指数 ( -4±0.5)较对照组 ( -3.5 0.5)明显升高 (P<0.05)。结论 :老年高血压患者存在着高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the serum level of insulin and insulin sensitivity in senile patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods:Fasting and postcibal2hrs blood glucose,insulin,C-peptide were examined,insulin sensitive index(ISI)was calculated in76senile patients with EH and56senile healthy controls.Results:There was no difference in fasting blood glucose between two groups.Fasting and postcibal2hrs serum insulin and C-peptide were elevated significantly in patients with senile EH,as compared with healthy controls.ISI was increased in senile EH markedly.Conclusion:Hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance existed in senile patients with EH. |
