摘    要:针对阀控液压缸位置的精确控制,设计了一种基于单片机的 PID闭环控制系统。在Proteus软件中建立了该系统的硬件电路并进行了仿真研究,采用临界比例度法进行PID参数的整定,有效地改善了控制系统的调节品质。Proteus软件能够通过硬件与软件联合调试仿真,在微机控制系统研究上比一般的仿真软件更加精确,为研究此类问题提供了一种较好的方法。

Abstract:To achieve precise control of the position of hydraulic cylinder ,a digital valve position control system based on single-chip with PID loop control was designed .Hardware circuit of the system was built and simulation was carried out on the Proteus software .The proportion degree method was used in the tuning of PID parameters ,which effectively improved the regulation quality of the system .It is revealed that the Proteus software can provide co-simulation between the hardware and software .Being more accurate on the microcomputer control system than general simulation software , the Proteus software provides a better way in the study of such problems .
