自拟保肝化纤汤治疗肝纤维化临床观察

目的:观察自拟保肝化纤汤治疗慢性肝病肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将慢性肝病肝纤维化患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,两组均实施常规保肝、降酶治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用自拟保肝化纤汤,治疗3个月后进行疗效评价。同时观察患者血清肝功能、肝纤维化及B超等指标的情况。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别是83.33%,63.89%,两组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组较对照组在肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标及肝脾B超等指标方面均有显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:保肝化纤汤协同治疗慢性肝病肝纤维化,可显著提高临床疗效。

Clinical observation of Baoganhuaxian decoction to treat hepatic fibrosis

Object:to observe the clinical effect of Baoganhuaxian decoction to co-treat hepatic fibrosis.Method:to divide the patients into control group and treatment group,both them were treated by normal western medicine,and the treatment group had added treatment of Baoganhuaxian decoction.After 3months treatment,the effect assess was made,and the indexes of liver function,hepatic fibrosis and B ultrasonic were observed.Result:The control group and treatment group’s effective rate were 83.33% and 63.89%,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The indexes had obviously improve(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Baoganhuaxian decoction co-treating hepatic fibrosis can effectively improve therapeutic effect.
