锅炉管内壁线性缺陷分析和检验

摘    要:分析了小口径高压锅炉管内壁断续直线状缺陷产生的原因、性质和危害性,认为该类缺陷宜称为"线性缺陷",应通过完善制管工艺加以控制。在目前无明确标准依据,也无有效检验方法的情况下,提出了"压扁+金相"的联合检验方法。实践表明,该方法简便、可靠,能有效检验线性缺陷,并对深度超过0.2 mm者给予不合格判定。
