| 摘 要： | 进入新经济时代，各国都大力发展电子商务，以赢取新的经济增长点，我国是世界最大的发展中国家，电子商务发展尚处初级阶段，正在向规范、务实方向推进，经过几年的发展和变化，电子商务的大环境得到不断改观。文章就我国电子商务的发展现状及环境建设问题分别进行探讨。
