| 摘 要： | 目的:了解药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点、规律及易发原因,为临床预防ADR和合理用药提供参考。方法:对某院2010～2011年上报的157例不良反应报告进行分析。结果:157例药品不良反应报告中,以抗菌药居多,占40.76%;引起ADR最主要的给药方法为静脉滴注,占72.61%;ADR最常见的临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害,占43.95%。结论:应重视ADR的报告和监测工作,加强临床合理用药监管,以减少和避免ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective： To understand the characteristics,rules and reasons of adverse drug reactions to provide references for rational drug use in clinics.Method： Totally 157 adverse drug reaction reports from Guilin hospital during 2010 to 2011 were analyzed.Result： Among the reports,40.76% were related with anti-infective drugs,72.61% were induced by intravenous drip,and 43.95% showed the lesions of skin and its appendants.Conclusion： Much more attention should be paid on the reporting and monitoring of adverse drug reactions.The management of rational drug use should be strengthened to reduce and avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. |
