我国农村信息化建设问题研究

近年来,我国的农村信息化建设虽然有了快速的发展,但与城市相比仍然存在很大的差距.我国农村信息化建设存在的问题主要有:对农村信息化的认识不够充分,农村信息化供给主体缺位;缺乏必要的组织者和引导者;激励运营商投资农村信息化建设的利益机制不健全;缺乏畅通的信息沟通渠道和统一的信息服务平台;缺乏专业信息人才等.针对这些问题,政府应采取的对策主要有:重视农村信息化建设,加强信息化应用的宣传和引导;采取政策优惠措施激励运营商参与农村信息化建设;整合农村信息资源,搭建农村信息平台;加强农村信息化建设中的人才培育.

A study on informationization of rural area in China

There is a quick progress on informationization of rural area in China.But disparities also exist comparing with informationization of city. A lot of problems have emerged during the informationnization of rural area,such as insufilciency of cognizance on informationization of rural area,vacancy of suppliers,lack of indispensable organiger orleader,distemperedness of interest system and lack of uniform service flat of information.To make progress in the informationization of rural area,some that the government shoud take have been offered in this paper,such as attaching more importance to the informationization of rural area,enhancing the propaganda and direction,constructing the uniform service flat of information and cultivating more professionals of informationization.
