泥浆净化器在地下连续墙施工中的应用探讨

原始的地下连续墙槽清槽工艺,采用反循环清槽法,该方法是将泥浆抽入沉淀池,经过3级沉淀,析出废渣,并用合格泥浆补入槽中,该方法清槽速度慢,效率低,成本高。文章结合黑旋风ZX-200型泥浆净化器在深圳地铁7号线珠光站地下连续墙槽清槽施工中的应用,实际测试分析了泥浆净化器的清槽效果,结果表明,黑旋风ZX-200型泥浆净化器清槽效率高,是一种经济、有效的施工设备。

Application of Slurry Puriifer in Underground Diaphragm Wall Construction

The original groove cleaning technology for underground diaphragm wall used reverse circulation cleaning groove method, slurry was pumped into the settling ponds, and after three levels of precipitation, drogs was separate out, and the qualiifed slurry was sent back to the groove. However the old groove cleaning method was slow in speed, low efifciency and high cost. The paper takes the applications of Black Whirlwind ZX-200-type slurry purifier into consideration in underground diaphragm wall groove clearing construction for Shenzhen metro line 7 Zhuguang station. The site test analyzes the cleaning effect of slurry groove cleaner, and the results show that Black Whirlwind ZX-200 slurry groove purifiers have high cleaning efficiency, is an economical and efifcient construction device.
