SES煤气化技术及其在国内的应用

SES煤气化技术是在传统U-Gas单段循环流化床粉煤气化技术的基础上进一步开发而成。简介了我国已引进的9种国外煤气化技术的工艺特点和应用概况;重点论述了U-Gas煤气化技术的气化原理、工艺流程、操作指标和技术优势;介绍了SES煤气化技术在国内能源综合利用和洁净煤气化项目的应用实例。结果表明,该技术的新型流化床反应器不仅能够气化占我国煤炭储量17%的难以气化的褐煤,而且能够高效地气化洗煤过程中产生的煤矸石等副产品,对我国中小型氮肥企业原料路线的技术改造具有现实意义。

SES Coal Gasification Technology and Its Application in China

SES coal gasification technology was further developed on basis of the pulverized coal gasification technology in fluidized bed with traditional single stage U-gas circulation;author has briefly described the process features and application situation of 9 kinds of imported outland coal gasification technologies in China;has discussed with the emphasis on the gasification principle,process flow,operation index and technical prevalence for the U-gas coal gasification technology;has introduced the application example in comprehensive utilization of energy and clean coal gasification project about SES coal gasification technology in China,result indicates that not only the newly fluidized bed reactor can gasify the lignite that occupies 70 % of the total coal storage capacity in China and is very to gasify,but also can gasify highly efficiently the by-products of gangue etc.,existed in the coal washing progress,it has actual significance to technical reformation of raw material line for the small-sized fertilizer enterprises in China.
