多金属粉末复合药型罩研究

摘    要:为提高药型罩的穿深,提出一种多金属粉末复合罩。在保持加工条件、装药结构等相同的条件下,分别对不同组分的钨-铜-铋粉末复合药型罩、纯铜粉末药型罩进行破甲实验,获得钨-铜-铋的质量组分配比为63:25:10,其穿深效果最好,比纯铜粉末药型罩的穿深能力提高37.5%。

Abstract:In order to improve the penetration depth of shaped charges,a multi-metal powder liner was proposed.The peretration experiments of the tungsten-copper-bismuth powder liner with different components and pure copper powder liner were carried out respectively under the same processing conditions and charge structure.The results show that when the component ratio of tungsten-copper-bismuth is at 63∶25∶10,the penetration effect is best,and the penetration depth can be increased by 37.5% than that of pure copper powder.
