| 摘 要： | 广东省电力调度中心的地区电网外网等值自动生成系统为各地区电网进行了实时外网等值,各地区电网调度只要建立组件接口规范(CIS)服务器,采用CIS数据接口与广东省电力调度中心进行数据通信,就可以实时获取符合公共信息模型(CIM)标准的本地区电网的外网等值模型和参数.佛山地区电网能量管理系统(EMS)通过这种方法获得了本地区电网的外网模型数据和实时数据,并通过把此模型与地区电网模型合并,生成了完整的佛山地区电网计算模型.

| Abstract: | The external network auto-equivalence system of sub-transmission networks in Guangdong Power Dispatch Center generates external network equivalence for all sub-transmission networks online.By building component interface specification(CIS) server and communicating with Guangdong Power Dispatch Center,every regional dispatch system can get its real-time external network equivalent model and parameters according to common information model(CIM) standard.By this method the energy management system(EMS) of Foshan power network gets its external network equivalent model and parameters,combining its inner network model to get the whole calculation model for Foshan network. |
