原发性闭角型青光眼危险因素及防治对策

目的分析原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)危险因素,并提出针对性防治对策,为未来PACG的防治提供参考。方法分层整群抽样,回顾分析本院2015年12月至2018年12月诊治158例(301眼)PACG患者临床资料,并将其作为研究组,另选同期在本院眼科接受治疗的非PACG患者150例作为对照组,仔细阅览患者病例资料,记录其一般人口学资料并分析可能导致PACG发病的危险因素,经卡方检验与多项Logistic回归分析检验找出可能导致PACG发病的危险因素。结果经卡方检验与多项Logistic回归分析检验证实,年龄、PACG家族史、糖尿病、眼压、心理压力、前房深度均是PACG发病危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论高龄、高眼压、PACG家族史、浅前房、伴糖尿病、心理压力大均可能是PACG发病危险因素,故应积极实施降眼压治疗、稳定患者情绪、糖尿病防治、心理干预等措施,以预防PACG发生。

Risk factors and prevention strategies of primary angle-closure glaucoma

Objective To analyze the risk factors of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG),and to propose targeted prevention and treatment strategies to provide reference for the future prevention and treatment of PACG.Methods The stratified cluster sampling was used to retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 158 patients(301 eyes)with PACG from Dec.2015 to Dec.2018 in our hospital,and use them as the study group,and choose another non-operative treatment in our hospital.150 patients with PACG as a control group,carefully read the patient case data,record their general demographic data and analyze the risk factors that may lead to the onset of PACG,and identify the risk factors that may lead to the onset of PACG by chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analysis..Results Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analysis confirmed that age,PACG family history,diabetes,intraocular pressure,psychological stress,and anterior chamber depth were risk factors for PACG(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Old age,high intraocular pressure,family history of PACG,shallow anterior chamber,diabetes mellitus,and psychological stress may all be risk factors for PACG.Therefore,measures such as lowering intraocular pressure therapy,stabilizing patients mood,diabetes prevention,and psychological intervention should be actively implemented.To prevent the occurrence of PACG.
