庆阳地区70例介入超声诊疗中感染的危险因素分析及预防措施

目的调查与探讨庆阳地区介入超声诊疗中感染的危险因素分析及预防措施。方法2015年9月至2018年5月选择在本院进行介入超声诊疗的患者共421例,调查患者的医院感染发生情况,分析相关危险因素,并提出相关预防措施。结果在421例患者中,发生医院感染70例,发生率为16.6%。70份标本共检出病原菌50株,其中革兰氏阳性菌14例,革兰氏阴性菌34株,真菌2株。直线相关性分析显示,医院感染的发生与住院时间、应用抗菌药物、糖尿病、侵入性操作、营养不良等相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,住院时间、应用抗菌药物、糖尿病、侵入性操作、营养不良等是造成医院感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论庆阳地区介入超声诊疗患者中发生医院感染病原菌多为革兰氏阴性菌,住院时间、应用抗菌药物、糖尿病、侵入性操作、营养不良为主要的危险因素。

Analysis of risk factors and preventive measures for 70 patients with infection in interventional ultrasound in Qingyang area

Objective To investigate and explore the risk factors and preventive measures of infected patients in interventional ultrasound in Qingyang area.Methods From September 2015 to May 2018,421 patients who underwent interventional ultrasound treatment in a certain hospital were selected,and were to investigate the occurrence of nosocomial infections,ad to analysis the relevant risk factors,and propose relevant preventive measures.Results In the 421 patients,there were 70 patients were nosocomial infection with the incidences of 16.6%.A total of 50 pathogens were detected in the 70 specimens that included 14 pathogens of Gram-positive bacteria,34 pathogens of Gram-negative bacteria,and 2 pathogens of fungi.Linear correlation analysis showed that nosocomial infection were associated with hospitalization time,application of antimicrobial agents,diabetes,invasive procedures,malnutrition(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression equation showed that hospitalization time,application of antibiotics,diabetes,invasive operation,malnutrition were risk factors for nosocomial infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with interventional ultrasound in Qingyang is relatively large.The pathogens are mostly Gram-negative bacteria.The hospitalization time,application of antibiotics,diabetes,invasive operation and malnutrition are the main risk factors.
