Analysis and Reflection of the Implementation of SAP-HR in Group Company

In face of the challenges from new technology, new industry and new modes, it is important for the multilayers and multi-formats group company to adopt an appropriate management platform of e-HR, in order to improve the cohesion and management level and enhance the core competitiveness. The e-HR is capable of improving the management efficiency, providing the data support for decision making, and also giving momentum to the restructure of business procedures. This paper analyzes the difficulties encountered and experience gained in the implementation of the SAP-HR system in Huayi Group, in the hope of providing some practical significance.
