新生儿颅内出血的CT表现分析

目的探讨新生儿颅内出血的CT表现特点。方法对42例新生儿颅内出血病人的CT表现进行分析。结果本组42例新生儿颅内出血中,蛛网膜下腔出血36例(86%);其中12例合并新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE),2例合并脑室内出血,2例合并脑实质内出血,1例合并硬膜下出血;脑室内出血3例(7%),2例合并HIE;室管膜下出血2例(4%);脑实质出血2例,1例合并脑实质出血(IPH)和HIE;硬膜下出血3例(7%),均合并头皮下血肿。结论CT检查能对新生儿颅内出血作出准确的诊断,能精确显示出血部位、程度及分型,这些改变与病因、预后有一定的关联。

Intracranial hemorrhage of the newborn evaluation with CT

Objective To evaluate the CT features of intracranial hemorrhage of newborn.Method CT findings of intracranial hemorrhage of 42 cases were analyzed.Results Of the 42 cases of intracranial hemorrhage,there were 36 cases with subarachnoid hemorrhage(86%),of which there were 12 cases combinded with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),2 cases with intraventricular hemorrhage,2 cases with brain hemorrhage,and 1 with subdural hemorrhage;of the 3 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage(14%),2 combined with HIE;2 with ependymal hemorrhage(4%);Brain hemorrhage in 2 cases.27 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(IPH)and 3 cases HIE;3(7%)subdural hemorrhage were merged scalp hematoma.Conclusion CT can provide accurate diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage,bleeding sites,extent and type can be showed accurately,Which is associated with pathogeny and prognosis.
