| 摘 要： | 《体育法》颁行已历十年,其立法宗旨、立法技术、立法的价值取向等诸方面不可避免地带有明显的计划经济的痕迹,对之进行修改是完全必要的。但《体育法》的修改应以宪法为指导,体现宪法精神与宪政理念,贯彻宪法的基本原则。

| Abstract: | The Sports Law has been published for about 10 years. Its legislative aims, legislative technology and legislative value can't avoid having trails of the plan economy. So it's necessary to amend it. But its amendment must take the constitution as the guidance; show the spirit and concept of the constitution and notice the basic principle of the constitution. |
