摘    要:目的:通过测定亚急性衰老小鼠血清NO浓度,红细胞中SOD活性和血浆MDA的含量,进一步探讨NO与衰老的关系和艾灸的延缓衰老作用。方法:以D—半乳糖造成的亚急性衰老小鼠为实验对象,艾灸大椎、命门、足三里穴,测定血清NO浓度、SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:模型组衰老小鼠血清中NO浓度和红细胞中SOD活性明显下降,血浆MDA含量明显上升;各艾灸治疗组血清NO浓度和细胞SOD活性上升,血浆MDA含量明显下降,与模型组相比有显著性差异。结论:NO与衰老之间有一定相关性,艾灸具有延缓衰老的作用。

Abstract:Objective: Based on a determination of the concentration of serum NO, SOD activity of RBC, and the content of plasma MDA, an exploration was made of the relationship between NO and senility as well as the anti-senile function of moxibustion. Methods: Mice with subacute senility induced by D-galactose were given moxibustion treatment at the points of DAZHUI, MINGMEN, and ZUSANLI to determine NO concentration, SOD activity and MDA content. Results NO concentration and SOD activity markedly fell while MDA content rose in the model group. Whereas a rise in NO concentration and SOD activity as well as a marked fall in MDA content were found in the treatment group. There is marked difference between the two. Conclusion: NO has some correlation with senility and moxibustion has anti-senile function.
