摘    要:研究了混合磁悬浮轴承系统(HMB)的工作原理及其控制器,讨论了以定点数字信号修理2器TMS320C25为核心的数字控制硬件系统的构成以及A/D,D/A等外围电路的设计。控制方法采用抗积分饱和与微分突变的PID控制规律,并用汇编语言编制了相应的数控软件。和传统的磁悬浮轴承相比,这种轴承可以显著减小控制系统的功耗和体积,在航空领域具有广阔的应用前景。用自主研制的数字控制软件和硬件系统实现了对混合磁悬轴

Abstract:The working principle and the structure of a hybrid magnetic bearing (HMB) are investigated. The hardware of a digital controller system based on a fixed poind digital singal processor TMS320C25, as well as an A/D and D/A converter is presented. A PID program is developed on TMS320C25 in the assemble language. This kind of magnetic bearing is much better than the tradional magnetic bearing because of its lightweight and low power consumption, which has a wide application in aviation field. It realizes the control of the HMB system by means of the software and the hardware developed by us. The experiment shows that the hardware based on TMS320C25 can meet the requirements of a high speed magnetic bearing system, and it is very convenient to use in any advanced control layout.
