石人沟铁矿全尾砂充填胶凝材料配比优化试验

摘    要:河北钢铁集团石人沟铁矿三期工程采用全尾砂胶结充填采矿法开采,以水泥为胶凝材料时充填成本高。为考察采用固体废弃物开发低成本和高性能的新型充填材料的可行性,以水淬渣为胶凝材料,进行了不同原料配比对充填体强度的影响试验。结果表明:石灰掺量对充填体强度的影响大于石膏掺量;料浆浓度为68%、胶砂比为1∶5条件下,石灰掺量为3%、石膏掺量为16.0%时,得到的充填体强度最高,7 d强度为2.42 MPa,28 d强度为5.87 MPa,可以满足石人沟铁矿充填采矿对充填体强度的要求。试验结果可以为石人沟铁矿实现低成本全尾砂胶结充填开采提供技术依据。

Abstract:Tailing filling mining method is used in the third phase of the project of Shirengou Iron Mine of Hebei Iron and Steel Group,the cost for filling is high when using cement as filling cementitious material. In order to study the feasibility of the low cost and high performance new filling cementitious material based on the solid waste,using water quenched slag as cemen-titious material,tests on effects of different raw materials ratio on filling-body strength was conducted. The results showed that effect of lime content on the strength of the filling-body is greater than that of gypsum;when slurry concentration is 68% and cement-sand ratio is 1 : 5,lime dosage is 3% and gypsum dosage is 16%,the strength of filling body obtained is the highest, 7 d compressive strength is 2. 42 MPa,28 d compressive strength is 5. 87 MPa,the filling body strength can match the require-ment of filling mining method in Shirengou Iron Mine. The test results can provide technique basis for realization of filling ce-mentitions material on tailings in Shirengou Iron Mine at low cost.
