盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液联合阿托品治疗急性有机磷中毒的效果观察

目的 探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液联合阿托品治疗急性有机磷中毒的临床效果.方法 选取本院收治的42例急性有机磷中毒患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予阿托品治疗,观察组患者给予盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液联合阿托品治疗.比较两组患者的中毒症状维持时间、胆碱酯酶（ChE）恢复时间、用药次数、住院时间、死亡率和不良反应发生率的差异.结果 观察组患者中毒症状维持时间、ChE恢复时间、用药次数和住院时间均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组死亡率为4.8％,与对照组的14.3％比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组心率增快、视力模糊和尿潴留等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液联合阿托品治疗急性有机磷中毒效果确切.

Efficacy observation of penehyclidine hydrochloride injection combined with atropine on the treatment of acute organic phosphorus poisoning

Objective To study the clinical effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride injection combined with atropine for acute organic phosphorus poisoning.Methods 42 cases of patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning in our hos- pital were divided into the control group and observation group randomly.Atropine was given to the control group,pene- hyclidine hydrochloride injection and atropine was given to the observation group.The duration time of poisoning,recov- ery time of choline esterase （ChE）,times of medication,length of stay,mortality and the incidence of adverse reaction was compared between the two groups.Results The duration time of poisoning,recovery time of ChE,times of medication and length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The mortality in the observation group was 4.8%,was 14.3% in the control group,two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.The incidence of increased heart rate,blurred vision,retention of urine was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride injection combined with atropine for acute organic phosphorus poisoning is curative.
