沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂与丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床分析

目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂与丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年1月～2012年1月收治的98例支气管哮喘患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各49例，对照组采用丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂吸入治疗，观察组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂吸入治疗，对比两组的总有效率、肺功能及炎症相关指标的改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为93．88％，对照组总有效率为75．51％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。两组治疗前肺功能及炎症相关指标比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05），治疗后肺功能及炎症相关指标改善明显优于治疗前（P〈O．05）。观察组治疗后肺功能及炎症相关指标改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂吸人治疗支气管哮喘临床效果显著，可促进患者肺功能恢复，值得推广应用。

Clinical analysis of salmeterol-fluticasone inhalant and propionic acid ammonia betamethasone aerosols in the treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of salmeterol-fluticasone inhalant and propionic acid ammonia be- tamethasone aerosols in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 98 cases with bronchial asthma patients in our hos- pital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,each group of 49 cases.Inhalation therapy of propionic acid ammonia betamethasone aerosols was used in control group,inhalation therapy of salmeterol-fluticasone inhalant was used in observation group.Total effective rate,improvement of lung func- tion and improvement of inflammatory factor in two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 93.88%,total effective rate of control group was 75.51%,with statistical difference （P〈0.O5）.Pulmonary func- tion and inflammatory related indexes of two groups was compared before treatment respectively,with no statistical dif- ference （P〉0.05）.Pulmonary function and inflammatory related indexes of observation group after treatment were im- proved,significantly better than before treatment,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Pulmonary function and inflammatory related index in observation group after treatment were improved,significantly better than that in control group,with sta- tistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Salmeterol-fluticasone inhalant in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effec- tively improve clinical effect and promote recovery of lung function of patients,which is worthy of promotion and appli- cation.
