| 摘 要： | 文章从整合和优化实验教学内容入手,建立以系统性、综合性实验为主的多层次实验教学体系,并通过多种形式组织实验教学、建立健全考核方式等方面,介绍了植物细胞工程实验教学改革中的一些做法,以期提高实验教学效果,提高学生综合素质和培养创新型人才。

| Abstract: | In plant cell engineering experiment teaching for specialties of bioengineering,bioscience and biotechnology in Life Science College at Northwest Science and Technology University of Agriculture and Forestry,a multilevel experiment teaching system with systemic and comprehensive experiment contents is established starting from the integration and optimization of experiment teaching contents.From the aspects of diversified experiment teaching modes and improved evaluation mode,some reform measures in the plant cell engineering experiment teaching are introduced in order to improve teaching effect,further enhance the comprehensive quality of students and cultivate creative talents. |
