小齿形角蜗杆的啮合特性与螺旋线误差规律

摘    要:根据齿轮整体误差测量的特点,在交错轴斜齿啮合原理的基础上,讨论了小齿形角蜗杆与齿轮的跄合特性,为研究小齿形角蜗杆测量齿轮整体误差奠定了理论基础,从小齿形角蜗杆与齿轮的啮合原理及特性出发,分析了小齿形角工具蜗杆螺旋线误差规律,为测量过程中的误差补偿提供理论依据。

Abstract:According to the feature of measuring gear integrated error, the meshing characteristic of small pressure angle worm to gear is discussed, based on helical gear meshing theory, which affords theoretic base for studying the measuring gear integrated error with small pressure angle worm. On the basis of meshing rule and characteristic of small pressure angle worm to gear, the helix error rule of small pressure angle worm is proposed, which provides theory foundation for error compensation in the course of measuring.
