| 摘 要： | 急性移植物抗宿主病(aGVHD)是造血干细胞移植后最主要的并发症,其发病率和病死率之高引起国内外众研究者的重视。对aGVHD发病机制的研究一直是学术界关注的焦点,研究已证实CD4+辅助性T细胞在aGVHD的发病机制中起重要作用。对CD8+T细胞的研究起步较晚,现就其与aGVHD的相关研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD) is the major complication after allogenic stem cell transplantation(HSCT),its morbidity and mortality are so high that is attracting more and more attention from scholars domestic and abroard.Mechanism study about aGVHD is always payed more attention in academic circles.Researches showed that CD4 T cells played an important role in the pathogenesis of aGVHD.But the study about CD_8~ T cells initiates latterly,This article reviews study progresses related to CD_8~ T cells and aGVHD. |
