摘    要:对传统的合成黄酮糖苷的方法进行了改进,以溴代乙酰糖和7-羟基黄酮为原料,四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂.以K2C03为除酸剂,采用固-液相转移催化法合成了7-羟基黄酮葡萄糖苷和7-羟基黄酮阿拉伯糖苷.另外,还研究了反应方式、温度、糖的种类等因素对收率的影响.

Abstract:This paper refers to the improvements on the traditional method for synthesis of flavone-glycosides. 7-Hydroxyflavone glucoside and 7-hydroxyflavone arabinoside were synthesized by means of the solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis from 1-bromo- 2,3,4,6-tetra- O-acetyl-a-D-glycopyranose and 7-hydroxyflavone using tetrabutylamino bromide as the phase transfer catalyst and potassium carbonate as the base. The title compound is a novel compound that has not been reported previously. Besides, the ef- fects of reaction mode, temperature, and different types of saccbarides on the product yield were also studied and reported.
