摘    要:为及时了解承台大体积混凝土内部温度及应力变化情况,对承台大体积混凝土全龄期水化热温度及应力进行了在线监测,同时,通过添加聚丙烯纤维、外加剂等措施进行混凝土配合比优化设计,并采取分次浇筑等施工技术措施控制混凝土水化热温度及应力,分析表明以上措施有效抑制了大体积混凝土水化热温度引起的裂缝,可以给同类工程提供指导。

Abstract:In order to timely understand the change of internal temperature and stress of mass concrete of pile cap, the whole life cycle hydration temperature and stress of mass concrete of pile cap are online monitored. While optimally design the proportion of concrete by adding polypropylene fiber, additive and other measures, and control hydration temperature and stress of concrete by adopting grade pouring and other construction technologies. The analysis showed that the above mentioned measures can effectively inhibit the crack caused by mass concrete hydration temperature, and can provide guidance for similar projects.
