摘    要:大型风力发电空心驱动壳体铸件质量要求高,对内部铸造缺陷要求较严。在分析铸件性能要求和结构特点的基础上,从分型面设计、砂芯设计、浇注系统设计、铁液化学成分控制等多方面出发,对大型风力发电空心驱动壳体铸件生产中应采取的质量控制措施及工艺参数进行研究,成功地生产出大型风力发电空心驱动壳体铸件,铸件各项性能指标满足设计要求。

Abstract:The quality requirement of castings for large wind power is high,which requires ultrasonic testing and magnetic particletesting. According to the analysis of performance requirement and structure characteristic,a series of quality control measureswere discussed such as the design of mould joint,core and gating systems,chemical composition control of molten iron,as wellas the appropriate process parameters. The qualified hollow driving shells for large wind power with all properties meetingrequirements were successfully produced by adopting these quality control measures.
