摘    要:帷幕是水工程常用的防渗结构,在其长期的服役过程中,渗透溶蚀会导致固相钙分解,渗透系数增大,防渗作用下降。目前,帷幕的渗透溶蚀耐久性缺乏控制指标,影响工程效益。在综合分析各种相关文献、试验和仿真模拟基础上,本文提出了水泥基材料渗透-溶蚀耦合分析模型,研究了渗透系数、固相钙成分对帷幕渗透溶蚀耐久性的影响,发现孔隙溶液的渗透流速影响帷幕的溶蚀进程,氢氧化钙和水化硅酸钙含量决定了最终溶蚀程度,建议采用帷幕孔隙溶液流速和氢氧化钙含量作为耐久性控制指标,当氢氧化钙含量控制在2%以下、帷幕孔隙溶液渗透流速不超过1×10~(-6)m/s时,帷幕渗透系数在运行50 a以后增大值在1个数量级以内。

Abstract:Grout curtain is one of the most commonly used anti-seepage structure in water engineering. During a long-term service life,advection-diffusion-driven leaching will lead to the decomposition of solid calcium, permeability coefficient increase and seepage control effect decrease. At present, there still have no durability control index of curtain on calcium leaching,as a result,the engineering benefits are decreased. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of various related literatures, experiments and simulation, a coupling analysis model of advection-diffusion-driven leaching for cement based materials is proposed. The effects of permeability coefficient and solid calcium composition are studied. It is found that the permeability velocity of porous solution affects the dissolution rate of curtain,and the content of CH and C-S-H determines the dissolution level of curtain. It is suggested that curtain pore solution flow rate and calcium hydroxide content should be used as durability control indicators. When CH content is below 0.2%, curtain pore solution seepage velocity below 1×10-6 m/s, curtain permeability coefficient increases within 1 order of magnitude after 50 years of operation.
