脑性瘫痪仔兔脑组织单胺类神经递质的实验研究

摘    要:目的 检测高胆红素致脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)仔兔的海马、皮层、基底神经核、脑干组织中单胺类神经递质含量,以探讨单胺类神经递质在脑瘫发病机制中的作用。方法高 胆红素血症致脑瘫仔兔母乳喂养45d,断头取脑,分离所需脑区,检测单胺类神经递质并进行病理观察。结果 脑瘫仔兔基底神经核区、脑干区存在单胺类神经递质紊乱,与对照组相比,实验组基底神经核区多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量降低,脑干区去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量显著降低;基底神经核区5-HT含量与DA含量之间呈正相关。结论 胆红素可选择性地损伤基底神经核区DA、5-HT能神经元及脑干区NE能神经元。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the role of monoamines in pathogenesis of cerebral palsy (CP) by measuring the level of monoamines in hippocampus,cerebral cortex,basal ganglia and brain stem in CP newborn rabbits by hyperbilirubinia.Methods To measure the level of monoamines and observe the pathology of newborn CP rabbits,after being fed natural for 45 days and the brain tissues were divided.Results The disorder of monoamines was presented in basal ganglia and brain stem. The level was significantly lower of dopaminum(DA),5-hydroxytry ptamine(5-HT) in basal ganglia and norepine phrine(NE) in brain stem than that in control group.There was positive correlation between DA and 5-HT in basal ganglia. Conclusion Bilirubin may be selectively responsible for damage of the neuron of DA, 5-HT in basal ganglia and NE in brain stem.
