| 摘 要： | 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)又称间质蛋白酶,许多疾病如骨关节炎、多发性硬化、肿瘤等都伴随着MMPs活性的改变,其中以MMPs在恶性肿瘤侵袭转移中的作用最引人注目.本文就MMPs家族中MMP-2、MMP-9与肺癌的发生、转移的现状及进展作一综述.
