摘    要:采用控冷控轧工艺对3种规格的Q460E中厚板生产的工艺过程进行研究。结果表明,采用两阶段预热和两阶段控制轧制,第一阶段在奥氏体再结晶区轧制,铸坯开轧温度为1 050~1 100℃,道次压下率控制在10%以上;第二阶段在奥氏体未再结晶区轧制,开轧温度为≤950℃,终轧温度为860~790℃,待温后累计压下率≥50%,道次变形率≥12%;采用层流冷却方式,钢材具有良好的强韧性能。

Abstract:The controlled cooling and rolling process of 3 kinds of Q460 E middle and thick plate was studied. The results show that two stage of preheating and two phase control rolling should be used, the first stage should be in the austenite recrystallization zone rolling, the slab rolling temperature of 1 050~1 100 ℃, under time pressure control rate in more than10%;The second phase should be in the austenite recrystallization zone rolling, a rolling temperature is 950 ℃ or less and finishing temperature is 860~790 ℃, after waiting for temperature cumulative pressure rate is 50% or higher, including a deformation rate 12% or higher;Laminar cooling method is adopted and the steel has good toughness.
