| 摘 要： | 介绍了对人造板设备润滑质量进行监控的体系。系统通过运用Visual FoxPro 6.0强大数据库开发功能,编制一个面向对象的交互式信息管理系统,将人造板设备中繁多的在用润滑油品种、常用质量监控方法及指标等润滑油信息录入计算机。对润滑剂合理选用、用前检测、实时监控,自动地分析润滑油性能的好坏优劣,实施按质换油。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the system for quality supervision and control of lubricant in synthetic board equipment. The object-oriented information managing system is programmed by using the strong function of Visual FoxPro6.0 database.The information of lubricant used in wood-based panel equipment is input into computer, the information includes the kinds of the lubricant, the method of quality monitoring and control of lubricant and their index. Choosing reasonably lubricant, using the ex- examination, supervising and controling in time, data of which is input into computer to analyze and reference the quality of the lubricant, pressing the quality to change the lubricant. |
