目的：探讨和分析药物不良反应发生的各种因素，尽可能减少临床不良反应的发生。方法：国家正在建立、健全药品不良反应监测报告制度，尽量避免和减少药品不良反应给人们造成的各种危害。结果：正确对待药品的不良反应的态度，正确的服用药物和保管药物，不断提高用药水平。结论：从而达到真正的安全、有效、适当地合理用药。

Analysis of adverse drug reactions and safety of medication

To explore and analyze adverse drug reactions occurred in a variety of factors, to take the necessary precautions to minimize the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions. Methods are to establish and improve monitoring of adverse drug reactions reporting system to avoid and reduce adverse drug reactions to the hazards caused by people. The results the correct medication and keeping the drug, and continuously improve the level of medication. Conclusions so as to achieve real security, effective, economic, rational use of drugs as appropriate.
