| 摘 要： | 单根换热管因为容积小 ,压力试验时常采用串联焊接后试压的方法施工 ,且试验过程中易产生压力冲击 ,通过分析压力试验的实施过程 ,采用千斤顶密封装置和压力平衡装置以替代串联焊接和缓解压力冲击 ,确保了单根换热管的压力试验方便和安全

| Abstract: | Because the single heat exchange tube has little volume, welding in series is always applied in pressure testing,but the impacting pressure will take place too.The procedure testing details was analyzed, a jack sealing device to substitute the original one and a pressure balancing device to alleviate the impacting pressure were selected, which can ensure the convenience and security in the single heat exchange tube pressure testing. |
