老年肺癌化疗后并发细菌感染的高危因素分析

目的：探讨老年肺癌患者化疗后并发细菌感染的高危因素。方法：回顾性分析2010年6月--2012年6月住院的74例老年肺癌患者的临床资料。结果：74例老年肺癌患者，医院感染29例次，感染部位以呼吸系统占首位，革兰阴性菌〉革兰阳性菌；其中晚期患者、小细胞癌、中央型肺癌更容易并发细菌感染，同时与住院天数、白细胞计数、营养状况、基础心肺肾疾病、是否有侵入性操作也有密切的关系。结论：针对老年肺癌患者医院细菌感染的高危因素分析，在化疗的同时应加强对可干预高危因素的防控。

Analysis on Dangerous Factors of Bacterial Infection in Elderly Patients with Lung Cancer after Chemotherapy

Objective：To explore the dangerous factors of bacterial infection in elderly patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy. Method：Clinical information and data of 74 elderly inpatients with lung cancer were retrospectively ana- lyzed from June 2010 to June 2012. Results ：Among 74 elderly inpatients with lung cancer,29 suffered from nosocomial in- fection. The main infection site was respiratory system. The pathogenic bacteria were gram - negative bacteria 〉 gram - positive bacteria. The inpatients with small cell lung cancer, central lung cancer, and advanced lung cancer were more prone to suffer from nosocomial infection. The time of hospitalization, nutrition state, Leukocyte count, chronic disease and invade operate were important factors too. Conclusions ： Based on the characteristics of nosoeomial infection in elderly in- patients with lung cancer, we should pay more attention to prevention and control of the dangerous factors.
