电针对缺氧缺血性脑病模型大鼠GDNF干预研究

目的：观察电针对缺氧缺血性脑病模型大鼠GDNF的干预作用。方法：7日龄SD乳鼠随机分成假手术组、模型组和电针组,每组又分为1d、3d、7d、21d四个亚组,病理学观察缺氧缺血侧脑组织切片,RT-PCR方法检测GDNFmRNA的表达。结果：病理学观察21d电针组镜界清楚,神经细胞排列有序,神经细胞变性、坏死不明显,细胞轮廓及核仁较清晰。GDNF的表达电针组3d、7d、21d与模型组比较,均表达增加,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：电针能够促进GDNFmRNA的表达,对缺氧缺血性脑损伤大鼠发挥较好的脑保护作用。

Research on the Effect of Electroacupuncture on GDNF Expression in a Hypoxic- ischemic Encephalopathy Rat Model

Objective ： To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on GDNF expression in a hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy rat model. Methods ： Seven - day - old SD rats were randomly divided into three groups （ sham - surgery group, control model group and electroacupuncture model group）, and then subdivided into four subgroups according to four time sessions of 1 d, 3 d, 7 d and 21 d, respectively. The therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture were detected by his- topathological examination on the cortex of focal cerebral ischemia, and GDNF mRNA level was detected by RT- PCR technique. Results： Histopathological changes showed that for the electroacupuncture model group, 21d treatment ren- dered the injured cortex under a better condition with clear tissue borders, orderly arranged neurons, rare degeneration and necrosis of neurons and clear outline and nucleous, compared with the control model group. Furthermore, GDNF expression were significantly increased by 3d, 7d and 21d electroacupuncture treatment, compared with that of the control model group. Conclusion ： Electroacupuncture promotes the mRNA expression of GDNF and plays a protective role against hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy.
