| 摘 要： | 本文结合电子签章、时间戳、CA验证等当今最先进的密码技术和信息安全技术,设计和构建了市级区域电子病历（EMR）专用管理平台。该项目研究了构建区域电子病历基础数据库的解决方案、标准体系及安全架构,积极探索了医疗电子档案的可视化技术与医疗数据挖掘法相结合的新途径。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the municipal and regional electronic medical record（EMR） management platform was designed and established with advanced security technologies for code and information including electronic signature, timestamp and CA authentication. This project studied the solution, standard system and security architecture of constructing the regional EMR basic database. This project also actively explored the new approach of combining visualization technology of medical electron archives with mining methods of medical data. |
