城镇化视角下的农村剩余劳动力转移分析

分析我国当前农村剩余劳动力转移的现状以及农村剩余劳动力转移的模式得知，一方面通过就地转移的方式大量转移剩余劳动力很困难；另一方面，随着大量剩余劳动力往大中城市转移过程中出现的诸多问题，大、中城市进一步吸纳农村剩余劳动力的能力大大地降低。因此通过农村城镇化建设，把剩余劳动力向小城镇转移是现阶段的必然选择。小城镇转移模式在吸收剩余劳动力上具有独特优势，建议通过加快推进农村城镇化建设促进农村剩余劳动力转移。

An Analysis of the Transfer of Rural Surplus Labor Force from the Perspective of Urbanization

The analysis of the status and the mode of the rural surplus labor force transfer shows that, on the one hand, the local transfer of surplus labor force is difficult; on the other hand, the ability of large and medium sized cities to further absorb rural surplus labor is greatly reduced due to the various problems occurring in the process of their absorbing a large amount of surplus labor force. Therefore, the construction of rural urbanization is the inevitable choice to promote the transfer of surplus labor at this stage. This paper analyzes the unique advantages of small town model in absorbing surplus labor, and suggests to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force. through speeding up the urbanization.
