预见性护理干预对初产妇产后抑郁的影响

目的观察预见性护理干预对初产妇产后抑郁的影响。方法 70例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规产后护理,观察组给予预见性护理干预。比较2组产后14d爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及临床疗效。结果护理后对照组EPDS和SAS评分高于护理前,观察组低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.1%高于对照组的57.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预可显著改善初产妇产后抑郁状态。

The impact of nursing care intervention on depression of early maternal postpartum

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing care intervention on depression of early maternal postpartum.Methods 70 cases of early maternal postpartum depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group（35 cases in each）.The control group received routine post-natal care,and the observation group received integrated care intervention.14 d after postpartum,Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale（EPDS） and anxiety（SAS） patients self-rating scale of psychological assessment were evaluated and the clinical efficacy were compared.Results After nursing care,EPDS and the SAS scores were increased in control group,but in the observation group they were decreased,and there were significant differences before and after nursing care（P0.05）,and they were lower in the observation group when compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Total effective rate was 97.1% in the observation group,and it was higher than that in the control group（57.1%,P0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing care intervention can significantly improve the depression of early maternal postpartum.
