益骨胶囊对骨质疏松模型大鼠骨形态学及血清TNF-α水平的影响

目的:观察益骨胶囊对骨质疏松(OP)模型大鼠形态学及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF -α)水平的影响。方法:将大鼠分为假手术组、模型组和治疗组,模型组和治疗组大鼠切除双侧卵巢建立OP模型,之后测定各组骨密度;取骨组织脱钙切片观察骨形态学;采用放射免疫法测定血清E2 和TNF -α水平。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组骨密度及血清E2 水平降低,血清TNF -α水平升高(P<0. 01) ;与模型组比较,治疗组骨形态明显改善,骨密度及血清E2 水平增加,血清TNF -α水平降低(P<0 .05或P<0. 01) ,与假手术组接近。结论:益骨胶囊能有效改善OP模型大鼠的骨质疏松状况。

Effects of Bone-tonifying Capsule on Bone Morphology and Serum TNF-α of the Osteoporosis Model Rats

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of bone-tonifying capsule on bone morphology and serum TNF-αlevel of the osteoporosis(OP)model rats.METHODS:The rats were divided into sham operation group,model group and treatment group.OP model were established by removing ovaries of both sides in both the model group and the treatment group by o-variectomy,then the bone density of each group was determined;the bone morphology was observed in the decalcified section of bone tissue;the concentration of serum estradiol(E 2 )and TNF-αlevel were determined by radioimimunoassay.RESULTS:Compared with the sham group,the bone density and serum E 2 level lowed yet the TNF-αlevel increased in the model group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the bone shape of treatment group improved significantly,the bone density and serum E 2 level increased while the serum TNF-αlevel lowered(P<0.05or P<0.01)to a level close to that of the sham op-eration group.CONCLUSION:Bone-tonifying capsule can effectively improve the condition of OP on OP model rats.
