摘    要:介绍了丙烯直接水合-脱氢制取丙酮的新技术。利用X型耐温阳离子交换树脂作水合催化剂,L型铜-锌系金属物作脱氢催化剂,开发了丙烯直接水合制异丙醇,异丙醇脱氢制丙酮工艺。该技术具有流程简短,反应温度、压力较低,效率高等特点。

Abstract:A new technology for preparation of acetone by propylene hydration and followed by isopropanol dehydrogenation is introduced. This technology applies a X-type ion exchange resin catalyst for hydration and a Cu/Zn oxide catalyst for dehydrogenation. It has the advantages of simple process flow, less energy consumption and lower temperature and pressure in comparison with conventi0nal process.
