炼油厂增产柴油技术的探讨

摘    要:简要说明了国内外柴油生产现状和趋向。提出了催化裂化、延迟焦化和加氢裂化工艺增产柴油的技术对策。叙述了按现行标准放宽柴油馏程,推广应用柴油流动性改进剂,合理利用催化裂化产物中柴油馏分,按地区和季节组织柴油生产等增产柴油的技术途径。指出炼油厂增产柴油需要注意的相关问题。

Abstract:Present situation and trend of diesel fuel production both domestic and foreign are re-viewed. Technical measures proposed for enhancing diesel fuel production include: process improvement offluidized catalytic cracking, delayed coking and hydrocracking units; widening of boiling range of dieseldistillates within the limit of existing specification; spreading use of diesel flow improver I rational utiliza-tion of diesel distillates; and production adjustment of diesel fuels of different grades on a regional and sea-sonal basis.
